Holo Holo Ku is a small enclave of 44 cottages and ranch homes that are situated on 8.5 acres surrounded by the famous Parker Ranch.  The community features award winning architecture and a clubhouse with workout facilities, sauna, meeting room, and kitchen.  Even though each unit is a completely separate home, the community is structured as a condominium complex with exterior maintenance and landscaping included in the monthly dues.

Take the short walk out of the community, past the historic Pukalani Stables and shop at the Parker Ranch Shopping Center.  Holo Holo Ku is located 400 yards from the heart of downtown Waimea (Kamuela). The North Hawaii Community Hospital is also located within walking distance and Holo Holo Ku is a convenient location for medical professionals.
